Our Mission and Approach

IWT Chem was founded to provide better, more personalized customer service by an industry professional who has seen customers needs become secondary to the goals of the vendor providing them services. We work to help customers improve energy management, improve utilization of water resources, and reduce risk in their processing facilities by utilizing best available technologies to their fullest.

Our Story

Years of working with Chlorine Dioxide has led us to create an extremely safe and effective system for treating Fruit and Vegetable Flume waters. Realizing the importance of Chlorine Dioxide in the Michigan marketplace as a best available technology for cooling tower biocide treatment and fruit & vegetable washes led us to create IWT Chem.

Over years of servicing food industry customers, we realized our service was critical to the success of our chemical programs. The need for excellent service drove us down the path of creating modern systems to help our customers fully realize the best results of their chemical programs. This is important for safety, efficiency, and to help reduce labor for maintaining chemical programs in your facility.
